Tim Perry has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction and is currently servicing Santa Fe and surrounding areas. He has background in commercial work with military and government Construction. As the owner of his company he understands the importance of quality work and customer service. Tim Perry is a Nationally Licensed Home Inspector. Certified with American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI, International Certification of Home Inspectors InterNACHI, as well as a Certified Residential Thermographer CRT.
He actively volunteers in serving the city of Santa Fe with his family. Tim is happily married for 23 years to his wife Natalie and they have four children.

His background ensures that he identifies potential hazards and offers valuable insights for maintaining a safe and secure home. He is a Nationally Licensed Home Inspector and certified with the International Certification of Home Inspectors through InterNACHI. Outside of his professional life, Jeremy is a dedicated family man, happily married and committed to spending quality time with his wife Ashley and two children. His blend of experience in emergency response and family-oriented values drives his passion for ensuring that every home he inspects is safe for families like his own.
AARON HOBSON
Aaron Hobson is a native New Mexican. He has an extensive background in residential commercial construction. He has owned his own kitchen and bathroom remodel company for 25 years and has transitioned to home inspections over the last six years. He is Nationally Licensed as a Home Inspector & InterNachi certified. His lovely wife and himself are active in their church and passion about motorcycles.
