Tim Perry has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction and is currently servicing Santa Fe and surrounding areas. He has background in commercial work with military and government Construction. As the owner of his company he understands the importance of quality work and customer service. Tim Perry is a Nationally Licensed Home Inspector. Certified with American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI, International Certification of Home Inspectors InterNACHI, as well as a Certified Residential Thermographer CRT. 
He actively volunteers in serving the city of Santa Fe with his family. Tim is happily married for 19 years to his wife Natalie and they have four children.

DERRICK SANDOVAL

Derrick Sandoval is a native New Mexican. Born and raised in Northern New Mexico. Derrick has spent the greater part of the last 15 years in the automotive industry where he worked extensively in customer service and relations. Derrick is a Nationally Licensed Home Inspector and certified with the International Certification of Home Inspectors through InterNACHI.
He has actively volunteered all over Northern New Mexico the last 12 years in various youth outreach programs and non-profits with his family. Derrick is happily married to his wife Flor and together they have five children.
